If you are a Datadog customer, you can purchase a license in the marketplace. You can also purchase a license from the AWS Marketplace

How do you process payments?

Payments are powered by HubSpot and backed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's infrastructure is certified to comply with the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) Level 1, the payment industry's highest level of protection.

Do I need to enter my credit card?

Nope! You can use Insights for free. When you need more nodes or clusters, then you can upgrade with your credit card or talk to us.

Join our community Slack channel. In fact, we encourage all Insights users to join it!

How do you measure node usage?

Daily node counts across all connected clusters are averaged over a calendar month to determine billable usage. If the average nodes/month is less than the quantity of nodes subscribed to, you are within your license. If the average nodes/month is higher than the quantity subscribed to, you will be invoiced per additional node/month.

Temporarily exceeding the node limit in the free tier will not terminate access, but repetitive violations may result in additional limits, suspension, or termination of service.

What do I do after signing up?

Once you sign up, you’ll first confirm your email. Then you’ll start by setting up an organization, naming your cluster and adding the agent. Once that’s done, you’ll start getting results within the hour.
